Elevate your roasting menu with limited offering of 1 lb of Bourbon Rey from our Micro-lot Reserve Collection - an extraordinarily rare botanical treasure cultivated at 2,000 meters on the mineral-rich slopes of Guatemala’s Suchitan volcano. Grown within the famous Coffea Diversa botanical garden under a lush canopy of avocado, plantain, and banana trees, this extreme altitude and shaded microclimate encourage slow cherry maturation yielding dense, sugar-rich green beans with immaculate clarity.
Because Coffea Diversa founder Gonzalo Hernandez and producer Jose Padilla cultivate only a handful of trees for each preserved variety, this micro-lot is available in extremely limited quantities. The classic fully-washed process strips away interference, allowing the distinctive genetics of this rare Bourbon mutation to shine through with laser-focused balance and precision.
