Peru HB MCM GR1 COOPARM (GPRO) is an organic high-altitude coffee from a collective founded by Fr Antonio Fodruguez Arana to address the inequity in the coffee trade and became known as the Rodríguez de Mendoza Agricultural Producers Association (APARM). Today the 500-member cooperative is credited for uplifting the social and economic benefits to the region.  Members handpick, clean and select cherries, then solar dry the beans sustainably. The 100% organic Arabica varietals of Caturra, Typica, Bourbon and Catimor are grown at 1,200–2,100 metres and deliver quality, integrity and balance, with ethical community impact.
