Details: This washed-with-pulp fermented Castillo from Finca El Paraíso in Cauca, Colombia (1960 m) scores 93 points, offering a medium body, brilliant acidity, and a well-balanced profile. Expect cupping notes of plum, cherry, raspberry, granadilla, and panela, with a prolonged cherry aftertaste. Grown among plantain, banana, shade, flower, and fruit trees, this coffee performs beautifully across all brewing methods and shines best at a light to medium roast.
